--3 hours after the reception began—
“Awww look at him. Poor thing, we should have taken him home hours ago.” Kayla said, looking lovingly down at her son. Yushen was passed out on two chairs pushed together. Sokka shrugged.
“He didn’t want to go home. And you know how much he enjoyed that dance with you, Toph, and Katara.” Sokka reminded her. Kayla smiled and nodded. The reception still wasn’t over, it seemed early to most of the guests. Iroh walked over to Sokka and Kayla.
“I’ll take him home with me if you want. This old partier is all partied out.” Iroh chuckled.
“Well…are you sure you want to? I feel like we’ve been dumping him on you for the past 2 days.” Kayla said reluctantly. Iroh shrugged it off.
“It is my pleasure to take care of him, Miss Kayla.” Iroh said politely. Kayla nodded and got down on her knees. She shook Yushen’s arm slightly. He blinked open his eyes and looked sleepily at her.
“Mommy? Did I miss anything?” Yushen asked, stifling a yawn. Kayla smiled.
“Of course not, honey. But Uncle Iroh is going to take you home now, okay?” Kayla said, scooping him up in her arms. Yushen nodded sleepily.
“I love you, Momma.” Yushen whispered sleepily. Kayla kissed his cheek.
“I love you too, little bit. Now when you get home, go back to sleep okay?”
“Okay Momma.” Yushen yawned. Iroh took him out of Kayla’s arms and winked at her. She watched them walk outside and waved again. Sokka was still standing by the chairs, smiling at her.
“What? Do I have something on my face?” Kayla asked staring perplexed at Sokka. Sokka laughed.
“No, of course not. I just can’t keep my eyes off you.” Sokka admitted. Kayla blushed and punched his shoulder. He took her in his arms and kissed her. When they broke apart, Kayla noticed Aang sitting miserably by the wall.
“I’ll be right back.” She told Sokka and then she walked over to Aang. “Why the long face?” Kayla asked. Aang groaned and buried his face in his hands. Kayla looked over the dance floor and saw Toph dancing with some other guy. Kayla sighed.
“Aang, if you really like her, ask her to….” Kayla whispered. Aang’s eyes widened.
“Do you think she’d like that?” Aang asked, staring at Toph over Kayla’s shoulder.
“Of course! What girl wouldn’t like that?” Kayla asked. Aang nodded and Kayla left him to gather up his courage. When the song ended, Aang almost ran over to Toph.
“Toph, can I take you somewhere?” Aang said. Toph nodded. He grabbed her arm and led her outside.
“Aang what are you doing?” Toph asked, following him as he ran to his glider.
“One second.” Aang said, plugging his Ipod into the speakers he had attached to his glider. Aang grabbed Toph’s arms and rapped them around his waist.
“Hold on!” Aang yelled and they were suddenly airborne, Toph shrieking and Aang was laughing. The music switched on and Toph relaxed as Aang rapped his arm around her.
Come fly with me, let’s fly, let’s fly away
If you could use some exotic booze,
There’s bar in far Bombay
Come fly with me, let’s fly, let’s fly away
Come fly with me; let’s float down to Peru,
In llama land there’s a one man band
And he’ll toot his flute for you!
Come on fly with me; let’s take off in the blue
Once I get you up there, where the air is rarefied,
We’ll just glide, starry-eyed
Once I get you up there,
I’ll be holding you so near,
You may hear angels cheer ‘cause we’re together!
Weather- wise it’s such a lovely day!
You just say the words, and we’ll beat the birds
Down to Acapulco Bay!
It’s perfect for a flying honey-moon they say!
Come fly with me, let’s fly, let’s fly away!
Once I get you up there, where the air is rarefied,
We’ll just glide, starry-eyed
Once I get you up there,

“Toph, what do you think?” Aang asked, grinning back at her. Toph’s eyes were squeezed shut. Aang grinned even bigger.
“You’re not scared, are you?” Aang asked, suppressing a laugh. Toph hugged his waist even tighter as a wind blew past them.
“M-me? S-sc-scared? Yeah right, Twinkle Toes.” Toph stuttered. Aang smiled and drew her closer to him.
“You don’t always need to be so brave, you know.” Aang said his face inches from hers. Toph gasped when she felt his breath on her face, still warm, not being far enough away to have been cooled by the air.
“Aang…” Toph whispered. Aang’s eyes searched her face.
“Yeah?” Aang asked softly, like he was afraid to talk any louder. Instead of answering, she let go of his waist with one arm, and pressed her lips to his. It was like a fire cracker going off inside both of them, and Aang tightened his grip on her. When they stopped kissing, Toph found herself on the ground again, her arms still around his neck.
“Do you want to go back inside?” Aang asked, not breaking her hug. Toph grinned and nodded. Aang reluctantly dropped his arms from her waist, but she took his hand instead.
“Don’t ever let go.” Toph said, her sightless eyes twinkling. Aang smiled and they walked hand and hand to the reception. When they came back inside, only Sokka, Kayla, Zuko, and Katara were still there.
“What happened to everyone else?” Aang asked, looking around the room.
“We sent them home. We wanted some alone time just us.” Katara said. Aang nodded.
“Where did you two go anyway?” Sokka asked, his eyebrow rising at them. Aang chuckled nervously and Toph blushed.
“Somewhere.” Aang mumbled. Sokka eyed them suspiciously so Kayla intervened.
“Over the rainbow?” Kayla giggled. Toph laughed, but she would have to agree. It had been a place where dreams came true.

Chapter 10 - Final Decision
It didn't seem as long for them to get back to the Earth Kingdom as it did to the Water Tribe, and Zuko was more than thankful for that. Iroh was back to normal and Nihon returned to him and behaved a lot better than he did before. Katara, well, she was show the symptoms of her morning sickness over board and didn't seem thrilled about it.
"My brother's going to kill me…" Katara groaned.
Zuko rubbed her back, "well, it's not like he can do anything about that now."
"He's right; by the way, what would you call it?" Iroh smiled.
The water bender looked at him, "I don't even know the gender, I've bee

Hakoda could tell the moment Zuko realized who he was. He looked at the young Fire Lord carefully, judging the boy's reaction. There was surprise at first and then the slightest flickering of the eyes that told Hakoda the boy was definitely taking another look at him, a closer one.
The leaders took each other in, and Hakoda knew he would have had to be a fool not to include the tall Fire Nation woman in his subsequent sizing up

It was nightfall on Ember Island as Aang, Toph, Suki and Sokka were around a campfire outside the beach house they were all staying at. It was the first night and we see them laughing as they were telling a few stories.
Aang: And then, Gyatso gives me "the look" and I was like "what, I though that's what the flower was for."
He laughs as do the others after hearing the whole
